Seller

Plans

• Free: €0, no time limit.
• Plus: €4.99 per month, or €39 per year.
• Designer: €9.99 per month, or €89 per year.

Prices [TTC OU HT, SELON LE STATUT]. What each plan includes is shown on the home page and in the app; features announced as “coming soon” are not included in the price until they are available.

Founder offer

• The first 200 people on the waitlist can subscribe to Quiltkit Plus for 15 € per year, instead of €39.
• This price is guaranteed for life, as long as the yearly subscription is renewed without interruption. After a cancellation, a new subscription is at the current price.
• Joining the waitlist reserves a spot, with no payment and no commitment. The offer is sent by email when sales open; it is personal and cannot be transferred.

Order and payment

No payment is requested today. When sales open, you will subscribe online, on the web: payment will go through Stripe. The iPad and iPhone app sells nothing itself.

Term, renewal and cancellation

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period. [CONDITIONS DE RÉSILIATION]. You can cancel online, in a few clicks, from the app or from your device’s subscription settings. Your quilts stay yours: beyond the limits of the Free plan, you can still open them, but you can’t create new ones.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days after subscribing to withdraw, without giving a reason, by writing to contact@quiltkit.app. If you ask to use the plan right away, only the share for the days already used is due if you withdraw.

Shop (Designer plan)

The marketplace shop, announced for later, will let you sell your patterns. Quiltkit will take a 5% commission per sale; its detailed terms will be published when it opens.

Warranties

The plans are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services. If a paid feature does not work as described, write to contact@quiltkit.app: it will be fixed, or the price reduced or refunded.

Mediation and governing law

In case of a dispute, please write to contact@quiltkit.app first. Without a solution within a month, you can refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator: [MÉDIATEUR DE LA CONSOMMATION ET SON ADRESSE]. These terms are governed by French law.
